Éloi Laurent, Senior Economist and Scientific Advisor at OFCE (Sciences-Po Center for Economic Research), presented as part of the SP Speaker Series on April 18, 2011 at the University of Ottawa.

Andrew Heintzman spoke as part of the SP Speaker Series on February 23, 2011 at the University of Ottawa.

SP hosted an event with Professor Mark Jaccard, from the School of Resource and Environmental Management, Simon Fraser University, on November 26th, 2010.

On June 28, 2010 in Montreal, Professor Michael Porter of Harvard was the keynote speaker at the Sustainable Prosperity (SP) and Resources for the Future (RFF) event The Porter Hypothesis at 20.

Mr. Pavan Sukhdev, UNEP's Study Leader of The Economics of Ecosystems and Biodiversity (TEEB) study, and world-renowned international economic expert and banker came to Canada for a whirlwind SP speaking tour of Montreal (May 18, 2010), Ottawa (May 19, 2010) and Toronto (May 20, 2010), in preparation for the United Nations International Day for Biodiversity on May 22, 2010.
